Need some help with a Fallout tabletop game

Hey guys, I'm going hosting a tabletop game with my friends soon, and I still have quite a few questions the guidebook doesn't quite cover. If you could drop your email or send me a PM on here that would be greatly appreciated. :mrgreen:
 
hmm. Alrighty, well, the pen and paper wiki talks about rolling for percentage checks, which I assumed I'd use the percentage d10 for, but then it talked about rolling a 22. How does that work, exactly?
 
ohhhh nevermind I think I got that one, percent d10 + d10, right? anyway, the guidebook was a little vague on how placement in battle for all participants was determined. a little help with that?
 
percentile rolls using 2x D10 dice

roll 2 D10 dice, preferably of differing colour (eg 1 red, 1 blue)

red denotes 'tens' units: rolls a 4
blue denotes 'single' units: rolls a 7

40 (red dice) + 7 (blue dice)

= roll of 47
