Neeeeeed Editor for Perks.. damn swift-learner!

Someone here had my exact problem and fixed with an editor, does anyone know where to find one? I've looked in all the lightly places (like my deskdrawr and in my jacket), but no luck...

Miroslav just put a file in the downloads that will give you all 10 stats at start. But of course you have to start over again:)
 
And I don't really want to cheat, I just want a _usefull_ perk...

But thanx anyway,

because if thats the case just grab a hex editor from the mod squad.:)
 
I'm looking to change the 'swith-learner' perk to a perk that works :) I don't really need a full blown editor, it's just that I'm no good at hex... :\

aahh ha! I'll looksee at whats out on the other boards but we will probably have to wait for a program like falche to come out.
 
I do the same thing, I like to save them up until I can take 2 or 3 at the same time. It just makes me feel like I'm getting a better deal.
