Ok. I have looked all over the missions for these 2 items. HELP ;_; lol...If anyone knows where these 2 things are it would be appreciated, thanks all.

The neuro disruptor is a weapon only to be found in multiplayer games. The raider car was only in the Springfield mission which was the bonus mission that you must add to the game.
