New beta of AVI2MVE converter

Hi there!

New (8th) beta of avi2mve converter is ready. In this revision:
* new video-compressor with output file size control (-size option) - the converter will try to make MVE file as close as possible to specified upper bound;
* high-quality mode (-hq option, can be very slow);
* frame range can be set (-start, -end or -len options).

Now the converter is quite usable, so if you need MVE video track for your mod you can make it.

Yes he has, the earlier version I got a hold of had really bad compressing abilities, this one is alot better. Keep it up dude.

The avi2mve program is updated:
* in -play mode the frames are shown in the converter's console window instead of desktop;
* minor improvements in video-compression routines;
* output MVE filename can be specified;
* audio stream was not synchronized with video when -start option was used.
