okay, if you spend more time on an attack it will be more accurate right? i think in fo3 it should let you spend more action points on an attack, and depending on how many more you use you get bonuses to hit. like, for each extra action point you use you get +15% bonus to that skill your using in commbat. so if you shoot someone with a shotgun and spend 2 extra action points you get +30% to your small gun skill but it costs 7 AP to shoot it. you could also spend less action points and get penalties to that skill. thered be 2 little arrows at the bottom of the screen that you could use to decide how many action points you want to use with 2 bumbers on either side, the first number would be how many extra AP you want to use and the 2nd number would be the bonus your getting from them.

so what do you think?

oh and, this is off topic but do the people at interplay working on FO3 actually read this forum??

Sounds good. However, that option will only be really useful at low levels. Once you gain some levels you'll probably have 100%+ rating in whatever your main weapon skill is; so it won't be needed.

thats why you can also spend less action points and get a penalty.

ACK! Sorry, I missed that part. Sounds doable; but it would make your character even more power - espicially if you can use the gauss rifle for 1ap. OUCH!
