Remember Lanius from almost 10 years ago? The creator of that is back with a new 30 minute film titled the Vault.

Before the events of Fallout: New Vegas, before even the First Battle of Hoover Dam, a young Edward Sallow and Joshua Graham are held captive by the Blackfoot Tribe in the Arizona Hills. This is the story of the birth of the Legion and the beginning of a Legend. In 2013 we made the Live Action Fan Film Fallout: Lanius.

Seems like this would’ve worked better as a comic or something, considering that it’s all still images. Still pretty cool. I’m wondering if he used AI to make all these images?

Agree, they should have based it on the loading screens for Fallout 1 I think.

Agree! Maybe people are to lazy to engage with a comic these days? And watching a narrated thing on Youtube is easier. I don't know but watching some of it really felt like someone was reading a comic to you.

I actually thought it was another film when I posted.
 
First, as usual, no bigtittied female~ A bunch of males is not my idea of fun, watching video.

Second, black foot tribe is TOO voodoo or mexican. Not a logical design, considering they happening in the middle of North America Continent, with african blood is way diluted. Can do black, even pure black, but voodoo or mexican style is not logical, not in a Fallout visual.
 
They should have turned it into fan fiction porn like the Twillight author. That is the way to big bucks.
 
Style here is probably inspired by La Jetée, which also inspired the Fallout intro

What a downgrade from his previous work. All effort thrown out the window for an AI slideshow with synthetic voice acting. Mind you he actually got Lanius' VA for his short film last time. I don't think I can sit through 30 minutes of this.

Yeah it's a dang shame Pax, I was really intrigued to about this project when it was first announced. Well now all that went up in flames!
