new guy question about rp 2.0

First time out of the vault
how do i check if it was installed correctly?
i remember it being a rock or something but im clueless..
i read the readmes but didnt see any thing.

help me out?
 
There is already a, rather extensive, thread about this.

When you start a new game, you are outside the temple. Nearby on the ground you will fins a rock. If you examine it, then it will tell you the version.
