New hero of San Francisco

Is that possible to kill both Lo pan and Dragon in the ring?

I've played Fallout 2 for quite a long but there is only one time i kill both of them in the ring ,can't tell how to do it as i can't remember but pretty sure that after that the citizens of SF said "you are the new hero" when i clicked on them

is there anybody knew about it? try google but no help
the version i played is the unpatch one (both office and unoffice patch)

The "good" townsfolk say "Who will be our hero now?" if you kill the Dragon. There are no particular messages for killing both.

I've been able to kill them both in the ring once, but only because of a bug that makes Lo Pan stick in the ring after the first cutscene, and one of the kills is technically treated as being outside of it in any case.

There is an option to do both kung-fu tests (against the schools' apprentices), but not both challenges. Normally, you can either take out Lo Pan or The Dragon.
