I have a suggestion to all hackers, moders etc. You could make a whle new city, full of cheap weapon stores, car lot, where you can buy new car sell your car and etc. And an army depot which is full of Gauss rifles, 2mm ec ammo, bozars, ammo, weapons and again and again. I know its hard but you could try.
 
I could create a nuclear bomb... But the problem is that I need to study physics.

I could create a whole new Fallout TC, but his full research was not completed, yet. Also, programs has to be made.
 
Well, the plans of TeamX are to create a new town, but there should be no 'army depots which are full of Gauss rifles, 2mm ec ammo, bozars, ammo, weapons and again and again' because that should disbalance the game. At least, if you want it, download the horrigans armor or whatever from The Mod Squad's site
 
Actually

Khan Killer from the Unwashed Village is already busy with making a fallout mod. He's building the UV in the game with the consent of BIS. He might even get the map editor (not sure yet).

It doesn't actually make me feel that good. "Khan Killer", who the heck is him? And don't tell me that he's researching anything by himself, the only 2 Fallout modding libraries on the net are TeamX and The Mod Squad.

If BIS gives him the map editor it would be the most (and I repeat THE MOST) dissapointing action that they could do.
 
Yup. And I can post my new Enclave Battles random encounter mod (The Enclave fight super hard bounty hunters in power armour in every encounter).

Just be carefull not to get hit or you'r toast. Both sides have vindicator miniguns, holy hand grenades, turbo plasma rifles etc.

You do get loads of spoils of war if you manage to survive. BTW, it's 12 on 12.

yup. I agree with MatuX completely. I remember I have once send a letter to Dave Hendee asking for mapper ;)
 
I have been talking to Khan...

The ironic part is that he doesn't know even 10% of what we know ;) (not to offend, or to degrade him).

If I could believe that what he wants is possible *at this time*, I would start helping him at once.

He told me that BIS could take him to make add-ons for Fallout, possibly give him a wav2acm utility, and Mapper, nice huh?

Heh, I pretty much figured so, but didn't want to crush his dreams. We'll see how far he comes until he gives up...
