ok, so i tried to make a custom NCR Veteran Ranger helmet to practice texturing. (and i still don't know how people get that "Fallout" look to it) so i simply changed it a little, it looked fine. but when i put it in the geck and load it, its got like Fulbright on or something. the world model looks ok. and when i go in game, its still super bright. i've goggled like a mad man for 2 hours now, and im hoping the pro's here at NMA can help this problem is causing me serious grief. here is a picture of what i mean: http://i.imgur.com/7hSOW.png (sorry for the bad shot i quickly screen capped and called it good) so can anyone tell me or suggest what im doing/is wrong? and is it JUST for this armor piece? i haven't tried any others yet but the NCR armor did the same.
