I'd like to start some editing to the Fallout world (characters, cities, adventures... u know
). But I know it's not a piece of cake though... I once came across that "official" editor from the authors (an intro pic with a work room with a lamp, table, etc...), but it's many years ago and since then I probably deleted it and the page is not available anymore... I don't know what is available and what isn't, cause I'm a realy newbie here.
Sooo, where should I start? I know these tutorials on MR page. I also used to use with some editors such as FallEd, CharacterEditor, etc... But these aren't suitable for "pre-game-launch" editing, only for changing the game which is already started (but no worth to tell ya that, right)
please tell me what should I do for the start! Any help will be appreciated! Thanx!
