no criticals issue

First time out of the vault
Hi! I have Fallout 2 patched with RP 2.0e and sfall 2.9c and glovz AP mod on.

All works well besides one thing: no criticals. :o :o :o

I fought in Temple - never got critical.
Fight with plants in garden in Arroyo - no criticals.

Why? I have 16% chance for critical hit. This is so strange... :?

I have another question about criticals:
Know anybody, how exactly perk Slayer works? In the FO2 game manual, there is mentioned Luck roll - every HtH hit with Slayer perk is upgraded to critical, when you succeed in Luck roll. But in-game description of this perk doesn't include this rule.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
 
Apparently there is no luck roll.


I don't know about the slayer thing, but with the sniper perk I get a critical at least 60% of the time.

The luck roll is for Sniper.

Slayer makes all hits become criticals with no roll required.
