no sound in fallout 1 and 2

First time out of the vault
hello i know im new to the boards but for some reason im getting no sound effects. Is any body else having this problems.

my O.S= Windows Xp home edition
also its a sound blaster sound card if that will help
 
Try reading the forum, or perhaps you should check the rules, first. I have noticed you have not.

Alternatively, there's a search function on the forum system, as well as mention of the same problem on the same page of this forum.
