Notebook lcd color correction ?

First time out of the vault
Uhm , well i have this new notebook and the colors are kinda weird . The black seems to be a bit blue and peach seems to be light yellow . How could i configure the colors properly ? Im a total newb on notebooks and Lcd monitors .. [ I have crt ever since cos i didnt like the latency on lcd's in the past and i dont have money for the lcd i like :> ] :D :?: humm
 
what OS & graphics card (ATI/Nvidia/Intel)?

usually you can adjust color through: config screen -> display -> settings -> advanced
 
Return it to the store and report the problem. Then accept the new notebook. Problemo solvedo.


Really, though, this is usually a manufacturing problem.
 
well, ATI is welknown for usually having crappy default color settings too, Sander. but granted, if it's that bad you should just see what they tell you at the store.
 
I just thought that there was some software solving this sbut if not , idk . .. nevermind. . thx for help
