NPC Armor Mod/Patch?

I've searched the forums/downloads for quite a bit now to no avail, I was wondering if someone could help me.

I recall there was a mod/patch that made NPCs appear with the armor they were wearing (for example, if Sulik was wearing Power Armor, he would actually look like it). Can you tell me where I could get this mod/fix? I'm not sure if the 1.04 or 1.05 unofficial patches change this as there are no patch notes on the download page.

It's called the "B Team Mod" and it's in the download section.
I think (in fact, I'm pretty sure it does) that 1.05 changes the armour models.

Just remeber once you have installed the 1.05 update that you will need to remove the original patch001.dat file from the fallout folder and start a new game or it wont work.
