NPC IDEA 2 THE SEQUEL!!!!

now this may be stupid but as i said it wouldt count as a mercenary or hitman thingy so u go over to a well what should i use as an example
a ghoul from necropolis that has since fo1 has growed in to a large community talk to him or use a speech skill to persuade him to joining you and then he maybe would or asked for money to do it
just would not do it and if he does he would maybe have a lousy weapon or maybe not at all have a weapon and his skills would not be so good but then when you develop them he might get better example you arm you ghoolish friend with a hunting rifle you get to ´the next level he also he gets to develop his small guns skill and know hunting rifles better or if you ask him to heal you or make a stim he would trie and he would get better the more he did it

In principle, it would be great if you could get anyone to join your party if you have the reputation and charisma necessary. Hell, in F2 you had Betsy (Bessy?) the cow or Laddie the Dog following you around. In Klamath, a kid dogs your steps every step of the way etc.

Reputation should have a more visible effect on the game world. For example, if I enter a town in which I am "idolised" I would like to see children following me around, crowds gathering nearby, the odd person going up to me and initiating a conversation, maybe even offering to join.

In F2, you had to beg NPCs to join.
 
well some of the things you write i havent thought of and children after you would be pretty stupid because there maybe would be a gang or something that you might have to kill and it is very dum to kill the children instead of the badguys so that is not and idea but there is one thing i forgot to write the npcs look should change when you gave them a armour even ghouls
and it would be nice if you had a single special armor for the super mutants or like the lietenant in fallout a piece of machinery that would enhance their ac and perception agility and such
cause it was sad that you could do that with the random npc part in fo1 and fo2 and that you could name the random npcs or give them callnames or something like guard or something
