NPC Mod Suggestion

is it possible to edit the leveling behavior of the NPCs in fallout 2? some npcs advance 5 levels (sulik vic) but some only advance 3-4 levels (lenny, cassidy) and miria and devin don't advance in level at all... is it possible to say give all characters 5-6 levels to gain.. and make some characters actually useful and still be balanced?
 
its posible. but hard to change. ( miria, davin, brainbot( except cybernetic ) ) are imposible. Sulik gain one level. But game error. Its posible in game( if correction ). But you cant add other NPC to game. Its hardcoded in game. But add another people to your party. But cannot access combat control( for exam i add Lynette ).

You must see /data/party.txt file. NPC is gain level easyly if you chance it.
 
I have 2 sugestions for npcs:

First - You could take all the npcs that are able to join your quest,but only if you play in the most difficult levels because there is a lot more of enemies in the encounters and that makes much more harder to finish the game

Second - Someone could do a program with all the skins and you could choose the skins of your npcs,and they could change when you change the armors of them and your skin could change when you put some armors.
