NPC's and ideas to make them better

NPC's need to be more helpful for one if they have a skill in repairing stuff they should be able to repair stuff vic never helped me repair stuff so giving him the title of being a repairman didn't really fit. Sulik at least was good in combat, so was Marcus. Lenny never really showed himself as a doctor. I mean do something for me besides combat.
