There is a film...
"O-bi, o-ba. Koniec Cywilizacji" ("O-bi, o-ba. End of Civilisation")
It was made in 1985 in Poland and was about underground vault (and, of course, people inside). In 1985, years of "Solidarity", this was fantastic way to criticise our communist goverment - doesn't matter at all;
Whole film is Fallout - alike. In my opinion it is really, really interesting for everybody who like Fallout atmosphere.
