It Wandered In From the Wastes
This may be a stupid question, but ive seen several screenshots showing the oldschool PA in Fallout 3. Is this a joke or is it for real? And if its real, how can i get it? :)
 
There are a few threads on this already, you probably don't know becuase they are headed under names like T51b, which is the proper name for it. In short though it is real and it is not as good as the F3 PA.

T51b is better than tesla armor. in terms of damage resistance.
