Go to a search engine and find some info on MUDs and MUSHes. I'd give you some links myself, but at this moment I can't be bothered to look them up (yeah I know, I'm a lazy bastard). You should find some info on mud/mush clients as well, since they're easier to use in comparison with the standard telnet client software.
 
Umm I tried to get in but I got some Red hat crap and it asked me about logging in and it didnt give me a chance to creat a new user, did I do anything wrong? oH btw Im new, nice to meet ya

Uhm , It's been a LONG time since I've done a mud , infact I think I no longer have the proper software , when I used your link NOTHING worked , must be my fault , because you said your page/mud/mush was ready. I think I'll just stick around this message board , and otherwise I'll just create a chat room dedicated to Fallout RPing. Infact I've already calibrated all of the damage , and the hit point/hit system and everything , but thanks for making the invitation open to all.

You dont have telenet? I know of several software online if you want it that will let you but like I said I got some stupid thing that wouldnt let me play anything.
