Online calendar software

Hey folks -
I'm looking for a web based calendar software so the wife and I can coordinate various things.

Ideally it will have the following:

- Color coding
- Individual calendars
- Alerting capability
- Installable to a web server (IIS 6.0)

Anyone have any thoughts?

Yeah, unfortunately, I'm not finding anything that really works for what i want, without costing 300+ bucks.
