Organizations

Will be there some organizations or groups that you could join?

And when joined, you would get an access to some unique quests (for members only). And it would also affect your future life, for example if you would join Rangers there could be 90% chance that the Slavers would attack you without any welcome talk every time when they saw you. Or the people in towns would treat you like a good friend or like an outlaw(depends on the influence which every organization would have in each town).

And the organizations could assign you a companion (NPC) which would control your behavior and progress in being a member of the group.

Or you will be a "lonely rider" by the most of the game? (I don't count NPC's) huh

Such aspects do indeed enhance a game's replayability. It may be what the design team is going for when they mentioned that the game would be smaller than Fallout 2 but have more replayability.

A factional system like Planescape (as opposed to Morrowind, which, although cool and fun had no real effect on the world) which produces benefits and consequences is a very important factor in creating depth and immersion.

Affiliation based on moral or philosophical concerns are part of what made The Ultima series a classic. Forcing the player to make decisions based on moral concerns help convince him that he's actually making a difference in the game world.

I agree. One of the problems with FO2 was that you could join organizations with little tangible benefits.
