Other Fallout games?

Well in a thread about what other games you would like to see the Fallout setting, JE answered this thread with this little quote:
I've mentioned this before, but I'd like to see a game set in the Fallout world's Europe during the resource wars that took place there around the 2060s. Focused on team-based multiplayer, I think the gameplay could be a blend of Motocross Madness pacing, Battlefield: 1942 foot and vehicle combat, and slightly longer-than-CS duration rounds. Add in a salvaging elements so you can either repair or strip down damaged vehicles/weapons and use them in the next round. Could be a lot of fun, but not necessarily for Fallout RPG fans.
Actually I'd like to see a Fallout Civilization game, which is why I'm working on one. So if there are any guys who would like to do art/graphics in this TC for Civilization 3, do email me!

Also JE said this about the Power Armour:
I believe it should have its own weight since you get a ST bonus while wearing it. It should be very hard to Sneak in power armor. More and more, I like the slightly more detailed armor breakdown of body/head. That would allow a separate power armor helmet. However, if a character is wearing power armor without a helmet, I think it should still show the blue arming-cap style headwear.
I like the idea of breaking down the armour, acutally I'd like to see more armour in Fallout ie leg armour etc..

I'd certainly like to see a bigger variety of post-apocalypse games, but I'd rather see them developed independently from the Fallout name and world. It's a pretty wide open setting for developing a world and sticking just to the Fallout setting would make it stale, not to mention just produce novelty games.

I think I'd rather just see the PC's head, it'd look much nicer. That arming-cap/ski-mask/whatever is kind of goofy looking, reminds me of Patsy from M.P and the Holy Grail too much.

Wasn't that second bit all ready posted as news?

O and a civ fallout game does sound nifty. Tribal, historical, re-history and post-apoc themes could all use some more time in the lime light, the standard sci-fi and fantasy fair is getting really old, and military sims/'real-life' settings are wearing out there welcome too. Give us more grit!

So at what stage is that FO:Civ3 game?
Man, I'd so love to see an animated Vault Dweller walking in a Civ Map! (And also dressed in the armours and such of course).

Well it's just something I've been doing for myself and I haven't added much graphics, so right now it's not very far ahead.

That's ok. Just be sure to notify us with anything new about it.
Actually I was considering a mod for civ2 which wouldn't be all too difficult, for personal pleasure.(I made grafix for an XCOM one so it wouldn't be too difficult to do FO).

Graphics for Civ3 would be daunting if you're looking to make units. I reccomend to visit a site I used to visit a lot once: www.apolyton.com(should still be a valid adress). There are grafix guys there. might be able to get you some help.
