Outlander

Any of you ever play it? It was an old Genesis game that was ALOT like Mad Max; you'd drive your car and it was like a driving game, then when you ran out of gas you'd have to get out and it turns into like a side-view platformer. One of the neat features was you had to geiger all the food and water you found before you ate it or suffer the consequences...

It was really fun... Its just pretty hard to find now, though... if you can find a Genesis Emulator and an Outlander ROM, I'd recommend it... Nothing like sticking your sawed-off our your passenger-side window and blowing that raider off his motorbike with a double-shot of slugs....

And even though its only a 16-bit game, I'm sure most of you would find its graphics more appealing then BOS's.... Your character wears a leather jacket!

You should be in sales, flatline, because I'm sold. I wish my Sega Genesis (or Sega Megadrive to Europeans) still worked. I'd rather not download roms or emulators but I'll keep my eye open next time I go to a used game shop.

You could probably find it on E-Bay too, for really cheap, I picked up a copy for like 2 dollars a couple of years back.

Its got alot of good pictures, even a link to an emulator and a ROM and covers the gameplay very well. Outlander has to be one of the most underappreciated Sega Games ever, after Technocop and Herzog Zwei.
