PAL File Format

Hi!

I searched the net but didn't find // the file format description of the original Fallout 2 color palette /like color.pal/.
: Can somebody help me, with a link, or a description? I know the pal is 33536 bytes long and the first 3 *256 = 768 bytes are maybe one palette in RGB /or BGR/ format. But what is the other bytes? Other palettes /maybe for other darkness level/?

I have checked TeamX English Site but didn't find information about pal-s. However there is a russian
topic about color.pal. I asked there for information/translation.
