Wow! I just bought some webspace and uploaded phpBB2, tweaked the settings some, and faster than you could say "deathclaw" the thing was up and online. I really have to say that NMA really chose well. Me, I've been a UBB fan for years, but it's way too damn expensive.
So, I'll bet you are wondering what the hell this guy made a BB for?
Well, it's for, um, something completely unrelated to Fallout. It might be on the complete other end of the spectrum. But I'm not here to advertise, as I doubt there are any Inuyasha fans here (It's an anime). I'm here to ask people about how you add banners to forums like they do on this site. I'm not afriad to get my hands dirty with hyptertext. So, how DO you do that, Odin?
