Piano

I would like some help. Do any of you know of a musician that plays the piano really well? I am looking for music using primarily the piano. I prefer music, using the piano, like the piano in the song "Orchid" by Opeth, Trent Reznor's (head of Nine Inch Nails) work with the piano, and I am currently listening to Einaudi Ludovico. I think the examples I listed are very different from each other but it is just to give you an example of what I want to hear. Classical music is fine. Do any of you have any suggestions?

Some of Fiona Apples songs are pretty good too. Just stay away from the rock/electronic stuff, her solitary piano songs are great.
