Pineapple Express

So I got a few friends and went to see pineapple express a few nights ago, and surprisingly enjoyed it alot. It was pretty cool, and it sort of reminded me of an old Quentin Tarentino film, of course without the huge amount's of tasty burgers.

Has anyone else seen it? And if so what are your views on it? :3
 
It was my 2nd favorite movie this summer, only after Step Brothers.

It saddened me how Tropic Thunder got a better score than both of the movies, but was inferior in comic value. Meh.

Anyway, I still need to see Burn After Reading - I would wager that it is the best.

Pineapple Express was awesome, seth rogan's not really my actor, but I had to say, I thoroughly enjoyed this movie.

And Burn After Reading also looks really great, I gotta see that sometime as well.

P.S.
Isn't Evil Dead an action comedy stoner film? If not, I don't know WHAT it is.
 
Are we saying that a stoner comedy is a comedy about stoners or a comedy only stoners find hilarious?

As for me I really liked Pineapple Express, and I've never done the doobie in my life. The bottom line is that it is a great movie about friendship and the drug use is just a plausible excuse for comedic behavior.

I also thought that Tropic Thunder, while having all kinds of interesting ideas and situations, was a bit of a let down in its execution.
