I know this isn't meant to be apart of it because the console version sounded perfectly clear, is there something wrong with the PC version and is there a fix?

I've had popping and static on the console, usually if you're right near the edge of the broadcast range of a channel, especially GNR before you replace the broadcast dish.

I actually think that Vista has some problems with the radio, but I think there is a fix for it somewhere.

Not referring to the quest when you fix the radio dish, after that the music stutters and has popping in the background still.
There is the esc trick where you press esc, wait half a second, and then one song will play normally but damn thats annoying.
