pipboy special encounter

anyone know where to find this encounter??
i've been tryin to find it for a long time cant seem to get it T_T
someone please teel me where it is in relation to a base/town

You will not like to hear this but it's a random encounter. Meaning that it can pop up anywhere and everywhere. Granted, the location of the special ones are limited but so far i have found around 10 or so squares in which they occur and allthough the squares are the same, the encounters in it change from game to game. So keep moving around the wasteland. One helpfull tip might be to go back to a square where you allready found a special random encounter. You might find another one.
