Playing AS mad max

Per my post in the general fallout, I am posting here to ask more technical gameplay related questions about playing a mad max PC.

I am trying to decide what MAD MAX would be in terms of SPECIAL, traits, and Skills and PERKS.

I am going for realism, even if it makes it dificult.

My basic plans are to only wear leather jacket, run a shottie, and got dogmeat only, do limited quests that really seam like quests Max would do, and see if I can beat the game.

So does anyone have any ideas?
