Playing multiplayer alone?

First time out of the vault
Since this game is dead online, I was wonderful if it was possible to play multiplayer alone? I have a few coop maps I wouldn't mind playing by myself but every time I try to I always get the "Your team was victorious!" message and then the game ends. I would prefer to play it in multiplayer because multiplayer allows me to build my own character and choose which weapons, armor, etc. I can bring with me. So... Is it possible? Is there any way to disable that damn message?

1) Message is nothing
2) Multi and Single are completely different, you won't be able to choose weapons for Single based on your score and such.
3) FT has no real AI, so i wonder, how would ypu play those maps alone. There's no AI behavior that will fit real CooP game.

On the coop map Osacle I believe, it is a downloadable map from this website, although it is simply a copy of a mission in the campaign. It allows two players to cooperatively play the game against AI Mutants. When I attempt to play the map by myself, I am the only one playing so the game assumes I have won, therefore it ends the game immediately as it starts. All I am simply trying to do is find a way, if possible, to allow only myself to play the map while still using the features of the multiplayer mode.

Jarekfall is the resident engine expert so they might be able say different, but this would probably require the source code.

Your best bet is to use the entity editor to create a character with your choice of equipment and add them to the map, player index 1. Then run the map as a standalone singleplayer mission, though the AI doesn't work well in multiplayer it keeps throwing the game out of sync. Coop maps therefore usually have one player controlling the preplaced opponents while the other players work together against them. So even if you got it working solo the opponents would probably just stand there doing nothing, you'd have to make sure they are on a AI controlled team.
