Please helm me brothers, I pissed off my comrades

I'm wondering if anybody has any explanation for this rather peculiar occurrence. After finishing Peroria mission I returned to the BOS bunker just to find that everybody is starting to shoot at me. When the screen got loaded it looked like there was a small explosion and they attacked my team like we were a pack of wild Brahmin with syphilis. It happens every time and I'm sure I'm not intentionally provoking or shooting at any BOS member. This, however, doesn't happen in the BOS alpha bunker. Anybody has any idea what can cause this deviant behaviour? XXXBeer hangover? Bad buffout trip? I don't feel like waging bloody wars against my BOS brothers (they have bigger guns and smaller balls) but if I beat them it would be a kick to have my own BOS bunker, something like Fallout Tactics extended sack ;). Any ideas, comments, suggestions would be most appreciated.
 
I wonder if you accidently hit a scribe with the hummer on the way out to the mission? If you run over any of them they get quite angry (but it's fun to chase them around in the garage area.)
