PLEASE HELP - F2 - Unable to reach Enclave

First time out of the vault
Hey guys,

This was my fourth run through since I bought the game on pre-order, with only my first play through being successful (second and third attempts were destroyed by silly bugs/annoying save game corruptions). My current situation arises as a result of save game corruption glitch.

Anyway, went with the Hubologists (playing an evil-kinda-not-massacring-every-town-but-still-a-dick character) and got the vertibird plans etc. Went ahead and diverted the fuel from the Emperor computer to their silly space ship and formatted the computer (er, killed the Emperor). Anyway, bad news is there'll be no fuel for the tanker... went on like a 3 hour spree through San Fran having to save/reload many times just to get back to Hubos in the process corrupting all but 2 of my save slots and saving over all games that didn't involve formatting the Emperor computer...

Bad news, huh? I can't get fuel to the tanker.. I can't get to the Enclave.

Is there some kind of console command or something that will allow me to enter the Oil Rig 'zone'?

As for the glitch, search the forum for "too many items bug". You'll probably need to ditch items from the trunk/SF shops in the desert to stop that from happening.

As for the fuel, there is a Savegame Cracker that will let you set global variables and load the tanker up that way. But since you killed the Emperor you might as well let the AHS-9 reward you for it. You just need to get stupid before talking to him.

By "getting stupid" Per means decreasing your character's IN below 4, either with Psycho, Mentats after-effects or a save game editor like FALCHE2
 
Isn't there some guy at the tanker, who gets you the fuel if you rescue his girlfriend? Or doesn't that work after destroying the emperor?
 
Wont work since you already gave the fuel to the hubologist, he checks if its been moved already, however he can steal it from them I beleave.
 
Uhm, I think you can set up Dave Handy with Vikki Goldman, he'll then grant you a reward. Ask him to move the fuel from the Quetzel to the Valdez.
