Plot idea: Enemy Country's...

Wasn't the Cold War supposed to be taking place when the world wide nuclear blasting took place? So wouldn't it be possible that the Nazi's and the Russians have survived the war and would come to America looking for revenge? It would make for a very neat and very controversial plot if the Nazi's got in the game.

Actually that sounds sorta plausible but the Nazis got almost exterminated during WW2...

Perhaps...but wouldn't most of them have died in the vaults or changed their views somewhat since racism and hatred aren't kindly looked upon??? Just a thought ...

Cold War era? Hardly. The war that caused the the Fallout occured in 2075 WAY after the cold war ended (1992).

The retro-50's look is only for motif.
