Ower the way, this shed is not completely useless. All in all, it looks "Van Burenish". ^_^

It's possible some are from Fallout 3 and some aren't.. the shed and the handgun for instance look Fallouty.
But the buggy? What is this? Halo? And the cow. No. They have to be for a different game. They have to.

I strongly doubt those pics have anything to do with Beth's F3.

They hired very good concept artists, and/or modellers from Massive Black, to do part of the art for the game. These models are... well, amateurish. Not to mention they don't look anything like Fallout.

No go.
