possible to change german --> english audio

Hello,

I`m from germany and usually tend to play games in the native language (if its english), however it is extremely difficult for me to obtain an english version of Fallout 3 over here in germany. My usual trusted shop over here (okaysoft) tends to reschedule the arrival date of the UK copies every day one day further, play.com is extremely slow ( dead space was shipped 19 days ago, and it still hasnt`t arrived yet). I could buy it over here in the german edition, however I read that this version isn`t multilingual......

So I want to ask: Is it possible to modify the ini or something so that I could buy the german version and play it in english nevertheless... (Blood/gore is not important for me, so this cut/uncut issue doesn`t bother me, however audio is)

I guess the English audio files are not included with the German version. I just don't know why they don't make all games multilingual. That way I wouldn't have to import so many games.
Besides, I just bought the british collectors edition on ebay. It was pretty fast and payment via PayPal is a no-brainer.
