First time out of the vault
I don't like the over abundance of goths and punks in the default portraits so I made a new post-apocalyptic style portrait pack.
25 male, 9 female, 2 robots.

HOW TO CHANGE RECRUIT PORTRAITS

1) Copy the new portrait file you want to use to a temporary location and rename it to the filename for the relevant recruit:

2) Open the archive file /core/gui_0.bos using 7zip
3) Within the archive, go to /gui/char and extract the original portrait file to a backup location (incase you want to change back)
4) Now copy the new portait file that you renamed in step 1 and paste it into /gui/char within the archive, replacing the original
5) Confirm that you want to overwrite and then close/exit the archive
