Post Appocalypse Vehicle?

What do you think the most likely vehicle available after the Nukes? The Brotherhood use Humvee and tanks but i think thats almost Impossible. Well even my faithful Piaggio '78 Scooter needs spares often. Also oils. I think its almost impossible to have vehicle like Chrysalis Highwayman and Humvee.
If there were any vehicle perhaps the Mad max buggy were the most appropriate one?

To be honest, it seems highly unlikely that any petrol or cell driven vehicles would be practical. I imagine that most of the freight-type transport would be done in the style of caravans: pulled by load bearing beasts (brahmin). Another possibility is that somwtime before the war, compact and efficient solar panels are developed. It always struck me as odd, in Mad Max II, that they seemed to race round in circles on bikes when fuel for them was worth dying for...

I would think mountain bikes would be a good fuel-less alternative. As long as they have access to rubber.
 
No Problem bout the Tyre. Back in 1945 Our brave Partisan fought with Stolen Studebaker truck. They fill the Tyre with Grass (Woooo!!!) and refill it again every few kilometres after its flatten. Not an effective way and the truck speed drop to few klicks per hour. I think the post appocalypse warrior should be a thin person wearing Crude Metal Armor build from Pan and Spoon, carrying rusty sword and rusty Bolt Hunting Rifle which barely shoot and he ride his patched up Mountain Bike!!

How about the Biogas vehicle in Mad Max III, or the Solar Powered Train in old movies : "The Survivor." Are they likely available?
