Power armor disadvantages?

PA should lower perception, limited view inside helmet. Raised?
PA should lower charisma, people look at you different. Raised?
PA should lower agility, can't do kart wheels in one.

Power armor should be really good but did you think someone should be able to specialize in light armour and have some advantages against power armor (like more AP became of more agility)?
 
I for one think it should have higher perception. You can see better with an eyepiece, expecially if you're using "black light" eyepiece at night.
Charisma... Maybe your verbal threats should more effective, that's all.
Agreed on agility - would be a good tradeoff for superior protection and augumented strength.
 
It would be cool if there was a differentiation between visual perception and hearing perception. Because maybe your visual perception would be increased with PA but your hearing would be lowered. Then people could sneak up on you more easily from behind.
 
I think probably raised perception as there might be some new tech for vision gear. But yes, lower agility and lower charisma scores if higher strength. Damn things look scary to me.
