Heatsinks and Fans: Depends on processor, and what kind of noise, etc. you want to hear out of your computer. Some fans sound like hairdriers but are very powerful, many cheapo ones are quiet but inadequate. You also need a well ventilated case to move the hot air out.
Power supplies: If you're getting an Athlon, get an AMD approved 300W+ power supply. You might need more if you have a lot of components.
