.pro files

I dowloaded FIME on my computer. I started it up and I can't find fallout 2's .pro file for items. I heard someone suggest that it is in the main "dat" file so I downloaded datmanlight and couldn't find that file either. Is Fallout 2 running on NOTHING? Any help is appreciated...

What type of install did you do? Bare bones?
