Problem in Gecko with Reputation Velified

Hallo,i have a big Problem.

Im now in the town Gecko and i have the reputation velified because i killed the rat-god in the atomreactor and i hadn't done the quest to repair the atomreactor.
Sorry for my English but im a German.

Now,all the ghouls attacking me and i can not repair the atomreactor.Please help me.
Maybe there is a trainer or a hex-cheat.I have the uk version 1.02
