Problem with loading a map in Mapper2

I'm trying to load one of my maps into Mapper2 but when I click the load button it exits out of Mapper2. Is there any way I can fix this or do I just start all over?

Have you made any new protos? (i.e. new characters, new items, new scenery, etc.)
Did you use any mod when you made the map?
Have you in ANY way changed ANYTHING in the Fallout2 folder?

No I didnt make a new proto or change any files. I simply made the foundation and added a few buildings saved then tried to load a few minutes later and it wouldnt work.

I think I did make a proto, because when I do put in new protos it take me out of mapper2.
