Problem with NCP'ing

I been trying to make a Frank Horrigan NPC (hehehe)
I'm how to start. Can I take, say....Vic. And use different animations, and use FUCK to change his stats to acompany is newfound..."bigness"?

(Its nice to have to big guys be good guys for a change)

FUCK = stat change
MAP = Appearance

Use mapinfo to find the hex offset for Vic on DenBus 2 and chaneg his appearance. Then you must put him into a patch and use FaME because the final release patch000.dat has denbus2.map in it too.
