Problem with the fallout 2 mapper

First time out of the vault
Man i can't understand one thing. When i add new people on the map, it doesn't work on the game... but on the editor all works fine... Why this happens?

But when i add itens, all works very nice...

One map that i add some new troopers and good things is Navarro...

Someone can help me?

Which critter protos are you using? I'm positive there can be problems with party members protos (they don't show up in maps, when in game).
