Problem with the Fallout 3 patch 1.0.0.15 patch

First time out of the vault
I was wondering if anyone else has this happen when they attempt to install the patch. The patch starts to load then the game launches. If I alt tab out of the game there is a window that says it is updating and will take 20 minutes.

Any idea what is going on?

Same thing here. Haven't been able to update the game, gladly it hasn't broken it either.
