Problems Before the Last Mission

I'm just about done then game, I'm in the last bunker. I installed tbe patch and now when I go to leave it wont let me, I just stand on the exit gird but I don't exit, anybody else have this problem?

I had this problem on a random encounter. after killing all the mutants I just stood around in the exit grid looking stupid. I ran back and forth and back and forth. and I couldn't escape. so I shot everone on my team and reloaded:)
try reinstalling your game without the patch. save your saved games. they will still work.
