Problems with Horrigan Armour mod

i did as the read me told me to do and placed the files in the right place
but when i got to klamath and when i wore the Frankie armor on,
my appearance is just like a normal enclave guard with a Adv. power armor on.(Sulik was changed and the details about the armor was right )
is it because i have a female character and if anyone know how to make me look like frank plz tell me

Hmm whats weird I never had that problem. Ived test the mod sense it first came out... Mabey if I can get that bug I could see why its accuring.
